We love working with our customers to help them get the most from the data Outcomes Tracking collects.

Once a company has an established dataset, what we really enjoy is teaching them how to pick up on trends and anomalies.

Trend Defined:
a general direction in which something is developing or changing.

The general trends we want to be seeing is an upward trend in productivity.

The 2 metrics we use to calculate this is the Introduction to Sale/Set conversion

OR the Customer Seen (which included NQ’s etc.) to Sales/Set.

Most companies will be able to work these stats out whether manually or through their canvassing software, but the more data you have access to within those numbers, really allows you to identify the lead cause of either the upward or downward trend.

A ROADMAP…

By breaking the pitch down into 6 different steps you are given the roadmap to what specifically needs to be worked on to achieve better results.

By being able to view the pitch analytics comparatively you are easily able to identify where individual strengths and weaknesses lie.

You are then able to use the different strengths to lift the collective standards.

Anomaly Definition:

something different, abnormal, peculiar, or not easily classified

If you are able to spot an anomaly in your data set it will indicate one of 2 things (or a combination)…

either they arent using the app in line with everyone else, eg. classifying their progress through the pitch differently

or

they are actually just doing something different to the rest.

If they are doing something different... it's important to identify if this is better for the business or not.

When you find someone doing some thing different from the rest…that is beneficial for the company.

Capitalise on it. Find out why they are doing things differently and their approach and let them share it with the team.

It’s the people that dare to do things differently, that end up setting new benchmarks and set your company out from the competition!

If you are wanting support in identifying trends and anomalies, then simply reach out to our support team and we will be thrilled to walk you through it.
